Super delicious! I had their crunchy fish tacos. The dish comes with 2 tacos with very fresh diced onions, cilantro, tomatoes and cabbage. The tortillas are hand fried. It also comes with verde salsa and a cream sauce. I added avocado for .50. Very nice generous pieces of fish that almost tasted chargrilled. The service was fast and friendly. The bad part is that I live in Georgia and will crave this dish!!

Owner was too stubborn to take good advice from his customers. A valued customer should always be important, but I see now if you're not Mexican then your opinions are less then important. Because of this and a couple other factors we took our money elsewhere. El Baja, you only hurt your sales and chances for repeat customers, including referals to your eatery. Your killing your ability to increase your profit margins because of these factors. Treat your customers as valued rather than blowing them off. Highly disappointed! 👎

El Baja Chef is a small restaurant located on the Horseshoe pier in Redondo Beach. It's run by the family. Good selection of Mexican food, the owner is a wonderful friendly person, nice place to sit, good beers, good food and decent prices. They have a view of the harbor and sailboats, nothing fancy but, hey it's like being in Mexico. I've been there a number of times and have brought a lot of different friends and people from out of town and everyone seems to enjoy their self and have a good time.

This place is very tiny but wow the food is fresh and so good, the service is great very friendly if you are anywhere close by or visiting from out of town check this place out. We had the shrimp and fish tostadas and they were so fresh and delicious, good prices on their beer buckets to.
